		<description>What a strange case!  I&#039;m not entirely sure what to think.  However, it does seem like in cases like this, a thoughtful judge would consider it from a &quot;secularized&quot; or &quot;laws-in-common&quot; approach, trying to see all aspects of the case and make a just decision.   A secular approach here  merely means that the state takes a fair-minded approach and tries to apply laws that upheld both family and liberty.    I don&#039;t know what Rifqa wants, but it does seem to me that she should be given the chance to make up her mind without coercion from any and all sides.</description>
