Electricity magically dries this girl's hair
Any of my former physics students could write a better explanation of electricity than this tripe. It’s apparently from a homeschooling science text peddled by Bob Jones University.

It makes it sound like an act of god…that there’s absolutely no earthly or human connection to it. Maybe that was the intention.
I think so, too. But it ignores about 400 years of understanding electricity, one of the best understood topics in physics. Supposedly, later editions of this same text have corrected the “gee, it’s like magic!” approach of this one, but I haven’t seen them.
